The campsite was conveniently located near the town, making it easy to explore the area on foot. It also had excellent facilities, including clean toilets and showers. the staff were friendly and spoke fluent English, which made communication a breeze.
The size of the two room apartment. It was quite small for six people, especially if someone is bigger in size.

Loved the location, with stunning views of the surrounding mountains. The facilities were fantastic, especially the 5-star toilet, shower, and washing facilities.- The proximity to various trains, cable cars, and hiking routes made it convenient for exploring the area.- Enjoyed the freedom of staying in a Eurocamp tent and not needing a car.- The fact that the campsite is pet-friendly was a huge bonus for us as we were able to bring our two dogs along.- The staff were friendly and helpful, making our stay even more enjoyable.
Although the overall experience was great, the heating in the cabin was a big disappointment. Despite being told that the cabin was "heated," it was quite cold during the night.

The staff was incredibly helpful, especially with purchasing tickets and planning our activities. The on-site restaurant was great, and having a grocery store right there was so convenient. The cabins were well stocked and comfortable. The campground was peaceful and quiet at night, and we loved the short walk to town. Plus, the shared bathrooms and shower rooms were always clean, which was a pleasant surprise.
It would have been helpful if the office and store had longer hours, especially for late check-ins or early check-outs. It's important to contact them within their specified hours to ensure smooth communication.

Best location to explore the Swiss Alps, close proximity to popular attractions like Jungfrau and Schilthorn. Convenient train connections make it easy to reach Interlaken. The on-site restaurant offers delicious and affordable meals, perfect for budget travelers.
Occasional odor of cow manure, but it's understandable given the natural surroundings. The walk to the train station and main town area can be tiresome, especially in cold weather.

There were a couple of downsides to our stay. the WiFi was a bit unstable at times, which was a bit frustrating.
